These guys were OUTSTANDING! I'm new to the area and arrived to my house with no heat.
Entire system had failed and temps were dropping. They were out in a matter of hours and began work replacing the system very early the next AM. They were still here 12 hours later in a snowstorm to make sure the system was running smoothly and the house and my family were safe THEN they were back at 7:45 AM on SATURDAY to finish up details. Thanks to all the guys at PCS who got us through this. What a pleasure.

Very rarely do I give 5 stars but the crew that replaced my sewer lines today we're absolutely wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done in a very timely manner. I would recommend and use PCS plumbing again.

Neat, clean work and very professional. Back in July/August, Installed tankless hot water system, wash tub in garage, new sump pump and ran new gas line to stove. Everything has been a wonderful! Would highly recommend.

These guys are great. They put in my air conditioner and hot water tank. They fixed my furnace a month ago. Last night my sink backed up and he was here at 10 am. Great job and reasonable. Recommend them highly.

First time home owner here. Just bought our house and my kids clogged the main sewer line with baby wipes. Only company that wasn't trying to make me wait a week to get it fixed. Wish I knew about PCS sooner! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and more reasonably priced than others I have used. When I called about my utility tub backing up and pipes started to leak, they came the next morning to snake inside and outside. When he said dirt was blocking the pipes, I was dreading the phrase "have to dig". He told me they could dig in the next day or two. I told him sooner the better would be greatly appreciated since I couldn't use any water. They started digging 8am the next morning! The three young men who came over the two days were very personable, professional, and answered my many questions. Will definitely keep PCS as my #1 plumbing and heating company! Thank you!!

These guys are great! They came out for a sewer clean out. Spent quite a bit of time clearing the line. Had trouble again later and they came back out no problem, no charge and cleaned it again. I was very pleased with the service. They are very prompt.

I called PCS for an estimate and they got someone out as soon as possible to look at my bathroom faucet in the tub. The plumber (Eric) was very professional and timely. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. I confirmed that I wanted to proceed and the parts were ordered right away, and I was able to schedule the work within 2 days. Again, Eric returned in a timely fashion, communicated with me prior to arriving and fixed the issue rather quickly. He also attempted to assist with another issue and provide perfect troubleshooting. I highly recommend PCS plumbing for plumbing issues. They are reasonably priced, timely, and friendly.

Outstanding service and exceeded expectations. Prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We had them fix and replace multiple plumbing fixtures as well as install and re-plumb the sump pump in our new house. We were very impressed at the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall expertise. We are subsequently having a new water heater installed and are thrilled to have them handling the job.
